Track of the Day served by Kurt

23 Sep

I have the privilege to introduce ‘Kurt’. Poet and ‘qualified surveyor’ of Londons music scene.
He’s going to be serving us – from time to time, a few hand picked pearls out of his vast collection. His first offering is from ‘Bombino’ (Omara “Bombino” Moctar), an acclaimed Tuareg guitarist and songwriter from Agadez. He sings in the Tuareg language of Tamashek and the song ‘Tamiditine’, sung live in this clip, is on the Album ‘Nomad and is indeed a treat.
